there are a few shows at bt.etree that are active with seeders, the rest unfortunately show no seeders, however, i do have several of those, at least i believe i do, if you need a seed, let me know which ones and i'll see if i have

http://bt.etree.org/?searchs=&;cat=148&incldead=1

edit: as you can see, the link i pasted is screwed, just copy & paste to your browser

also, do you have an account at LL? if so, let me know your username and i'll send you a PM with what i have of Hunter from that site

Thanks. AT this point I would just like some good quality Hunter. I don't have an account... how else could we converse?

btw, if you know which ones are active... I will just try to download those

well, okay, the following are active with seeders at bt.etree (though not many seeders at all):

4/28/2002 House of Blues
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=508050

4/25/02 Belcourt Theater
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=514564

11/18/81 Celler Door
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=514782

9/26/86 The Ritz
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=515201

Of the above shows, i have the 4/28/02 show, but i got be honest, it's not something i've listened to in over a year, so i cannot comment about the quality; other than that, i do have the 11/18/81 show, but i got to say i didn't enjoy the recording at all, but that's just me, others may have enjoyed it ... though i will add i'm no snob when it comes to audio and can generally find something to appreciate in most any recording, however, that one just didn't do it for me at all; not sure of the exact reason (the sound wasn't awful or anything like that), it just didn't hit me the right way, and that's important for a Hunter show, because his vocals are generally what does it for me and the audience ambiance, rather than his playing.

as far as my personal preference for Hunter stuff, i generally enjoy more his late '70s, early '80s stuff; these two shows i do enjoy and they are at etree, but have no seeders:

10/14/78 My Fathers Place (Early)
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=505017

10/14/78 My Fathers Place (Late)
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=504742

10/13/78 My Fathers Place
http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=504772

i could re-seed them, but i just can't do it tonite; here's another option if you don't mind waiting: post your e-mail address here and i'll shoot you a list of all the Hunter shows i have and can send you anything you want in lossless (i don't burn audio CDs) as a B&P (Blanks/Postage); if that's something that your fine with, post your e-mail and i'll get back to you

that would be great. I don't mind waiting at all. I don't do much actual "trading" anymore so I not sure what I could do in return, but email me and we can work something out.

Thanks

I'd sure like to find the Robert Hunter show of 12/31/2003
-before The Dead played that night. I know tapes were rolling, but I've yet to see RH's show anywhere. It's never been upped. I'll check db.etree and put in a grovel request-haha
